Custom Order Details

How do I place a custom order? 

Custom orders are a lot of fun to create! The best way to start the process is by emailing me at mysticmyne.jewelry@gmail.com .

For crowns/headbands/accessories: In your email, please include as many details as possible, such as crystal types, colors, charms, rhinestones, faux flowers/greenery/moss, reference photos, etc to help get things started. Once all of the details are sorted out, and a budget has been decided upon for a set price point, I then will set up a custom listing and email that link for purchasing the custom order. 

For Snuggle Dragons/plushies: In your email please include which size dragon you’d like and the two color choices you would want. A custom 35 inch Snuggle Dragon is $85 and a custom 59 inch Jumbo Snuggle Dragon is $125. You can choose one color for the body and one color for the accents (wings, end of tail, and scales).  

How long does it take to create a custom order? 

Crown/accessories: Custom orders can take 8-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and when materials arrive. Once an order is placed and processed, I order all of the materials needed and wait for them to arrive so I can then create a mock-up of the design for my client’s approval. Once the mock-up is approved, I can then put together the custom and have it ready to go the week after. 

Snuggle Dragons/Plushies: Custom orders take 8-12 weeks typically to arrive to me and then sent out, although sometimes a week or two longer if orders are being checked at customs. 

What types of shipping do you offer for custom orders? 

Traditionally, I utilize first class shipping, which can take 5-7 days domestically for a package to arrive. But if you need an order sooner, I can manually upgrade to the shipping status of your choosing including priority and overnight shipping options. If you have a smaller window of time than expected when you need an order to be shipped out, please let me know ahead of time and I can work with you on making sure your package arrives on time. 
International shipping times will vary but can take 1-4 weeks.
