When will my order be sent out?
All of the pre-order shipping information is located beneath the product photos on my website. If an item is listed as “ready-to-ship” it will most likely be sent out as soon as possible unless it is purchased with a preorder item.
If you are looking for the status of your order, please check to see if you have received a tracking number via email.
If you have the tracking number and it hasn’t been updated or says, “label printed,” only - this means that your order is in the process of being packaged up OR there has been a shipping delay. Possible shipping delays can include bulk orders not arriving on time from my manufacturer (due to shipments being lost and needing to be remade), illness, or family emergency.
If you do not have a tracking number, that means that your order’s shipping label has not been printed out yet.
In the case that there will be a shipping delay, emails are typically sent out ASAP. Sometimes these emails do not arrive or wind up in the spam folder.
If you’d like to inquire about your order, you may do so by sending me an email with your order number.
My order has been shipped but says it’s still in transit?
If an order has been shipped but says it hasn’t arrived it, it means that your order could either be lost, stuck in customs (which means you have to contact your local post office to receive your package), or could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, in which case the order will be sent back to me and I’ll send an email saying this is the case.
Why do I have to pay additional customs fees on my order?
Every country is different when it comes to their import and customs fees and it’s usually based on weight. I do not charge these fees and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay when picking up their order from their local post office (as is the case with international orders).
Can I change my address after I place my order?
Yes, I can change the address on orders as long as they haven’t already been shipped out.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! Custom orders vary with the amount of time it takes for my manufacturers to create each piece. If you’d like yo place a custom order, please see the “custom order” page on my website for more information.
Can weight be added to my plushie?
Yes, but it is $30 extra for every 6 extra pounds and will count as a custom order.
How long does it take to respond to emails/messages?
Usually, 3-4 days. I don’t have another person helping me to respond to emails/messages at this moment in time, so it can vary if I have a lot of orders to fulfill.
